Co-hosting

FAQs

Why should I hire a co-host?

A traditional property manager requires your Airbnb listing to be on their hosting account. This is an old-school model that doesn't work for owners in the highly competitive Airbnb market in Montana.

Do I need a co-host?

There is a common misconception that managing a vacation rental is a passive income stream.

The reality is that an optimized vacation rental can be challenging to maintain on your own. Your time matters. How do you want to spend it?

What areas in montana do you serve?

We currently provide services to property owners in Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, Paradise Valley, and Gardiner.

What are your co-hosting fees?

We collect a percentage (25%) of the nightly rate when you are paid out as the host. This is not assessed on the cleaning fee or other fees, only the base rate per night.

We don’t make money unless you do!

ARE YOU A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP?

Both — we are co-hosts and licensed property managers.

Unlike traditional property management groups, you will always be listed as the owner of your property, your reviews belong to you, and you receive payouts in real-time.

How do you manage housekeepers and SAME DAY turnovers?

We created Sage + Spruce Collective - a short-term rental cleaning company by hosts for hosts.
