Property Readiness & Quality Control

• Manage the Sage + Spruce cleaning team to ensure timely and high-quality turnovers

• Conduct property inspections to uphold cleanliness and presentation

• Track maintenance issues and concerns for proactive resolution

Additional Services

• Restock essentials (toiletries, linens, and household supplies)

• Coordinate small-scale home improvement projects

• Order “merch” through local artisans (stickers, mugs, private label candles, etc.) to display or sell

This is a flat-fee project, starting at $1,750, that is typically completed within 30 days.
