“We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.”

OUR STORY.

COHO Collective was born out of our firsthand experience and a gap we could not ignore.

In 2023, after purchasing our first vacation rental, The Juniper House in Paradise Valley, we stepped into the industry with excitement. What we found instead was a fragmented experience. The potential was there, but there was no clear path to bring it all together. We were left managing multiple vendors, hoping everything would align.

We knew there had to be a better way.

So we built it.

COHO Collective is a thoughtful, elevated, and fully integrated approach to vacation rental ownership. We bring every piece under one roof. From identifying strong investment opportunities to designing and furnishing intentional spaces, from creating standout branding to delivering guest experiences that build loyalty, every detail is handled with care.

We believe your property should do more than exist. It should perform beautifully, feel meaningful, and create lasting value. Our commitment is to help owners build spaces that are more profitable, more productive, and ultimately more rewarding to own.

Because when every piece works together, the result is not just a rental.

It is something people remember.
