Browse our Collective and pick the property that fits your vision. Can't decide? Tell us what you're shooting and we'll help you find the one.

02. SEND US THE DETAILS

Fill out our quick inquiry with your date, preferred property, shoot length, and what you're dreaming up. It only takes a couple of minutes.

03. WE'LL MAKE IT HAPPEN

We'll check availability and send over pricing and next steps. Once you're confirmed, we'll make sure you have everything you need for shoot day.

04. SHOW UP + CREATE

Now for the fun part. Your location is ready, your camera is charged, and you've got the space to yourself. Go make something good.

Your Questions, Answered

  • We love supporting local businesses and creatives! We hope our properties can be a go-to resource for entrepreneurs, photographers, brands, and teams looking to refresh headshots, capture team photos, create killer branding content, or bring a creative vision to life.

  • We like to keep things simple and transparent. All COHO Collective shoot locations follow the same pricing structure based on the length of your reservation (2, 4, or 6 hours) and seasonality. You’ll know the full location fee before confirming your reservation.

  • Once your reservation is approved, we’ll send over payment details. Payment can be made via QuickBooks using any major credit card, or through Venmo or PayPal.

  • Reservations cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled production date are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the production date are non-refundable.

  • Sometimes! Because our properties have busy booking calendars, in-person location scouting usually isn’t possible. However, our team is happy to coordinate a FaceTime walkthrough or provide a recorded video to answer questions and help you plan your shoot.

  • Absolutely! If you don’t already have a property in mind, tell us a little about your shoot and the look you’re going for. Our team knows these spaces inside and out and can recommend a few locations that fit your vision.

  • The earlier, the better! Our properties are also guest accommodations, so availability varies throughout the year. We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 1–2 weeks in advance whenever possible.

  • Yes. Once your shoot is confirmed, your reserved time is dedicated to your group. We’ll provide arrival and access information before your reservation.
